We have chosen the Marriott East Lansing for delegate lodging. It is located in the heart of vibrant East Lansing and one block from the MSU Union. Pricing
We’re proud to host a reasonably priced, world-class conference. For those in need of financial assistance, we offer scholarships on a purely need-driven basis. For more information on how to apply, email us at msumodelun@gmail.com.
We have two waves of payments: the registration fee, and the delegate fee.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is $50, plus $5 per delegate that you wish to bring. For example, a school bringing 5 delegates would pay a $75 registration fee (50+5(5)=75).
You can add delegates at any time. For example, if you are certain that 10 students can attend but there are an additional 3 that are unsure, then you can register the 10 students first and pay for the remaining 3 later. However, depending on the lateness of the second payment, this may affect placements.
Delegate Fee
The delegate fee is due before January 22, 2010, and is $45 per delegate. After January 22, the price becomes $55 per delegate.
