Fees

School Registration Fee: $50 per school is due upon registration to reserve your school’s spot at MSUMUN XIII.

Hotel Information

Kellogg Center: The Kellogg Center is the conference hotel and the room rates will be $89 per room. The block includes, double, queen, and king setup. The number of double rooms is limited so we are request that advisors reserve kings for their own arrangements.

Reservations should be made prior to February 1, 2014.

Please call (800) 875-5090 to make your reservation and inform them that you are with MSUMUN.

East Lansing Marriott (Overflow Hotel): A limited number of extra rooms will be available. Prices and details to be announced soon.

*Please note, if you choose to stay at a hotel that is off-campus and not one of our partner hotels, MSUMUN will not be responsible for covering any additional costs in getting to and from committee session.

 

Refund Policy

1.      The school fee is non-refundable
2.      Refunds of delegate fees requested before January 3, 2014 will be 100% refunded.
3.      Between January 4, 2014 and February 26, 2014 , delegate fees will be 50% refunded.
4.      No refunds will be issued after February 27, 2014.

MSUMUN Transportation Policy

MSUMUN will be located in the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center this year and we encourage schools to utilize this wonderful new location by staying at the hotel. In addition to the Kellogg Hotel, MSUMUN will also have limited overflow room at the East Lansing Marriott. The Marriott is within walking distance and schools will be responsible for getting to and from the Kellogg, with the exception of Saturday evening after sParty, where a shuttle service will be provided.

If delegations are staying at a hotel that is not within walking distance of the MSU Union, MSUMUN will not be providing transportation to and from the Union where the conference is held. We want to ensure that there is open communication and that delegations are aware of our transportation policy prior to the conference. Thank you!
