Fire burns in Independence Square. The flames of freedom dance with the winter snows in the Kiev sky. The revolution burns as you take your seat in the government of Arseniy Yatsenyuk. Your job is to keep the embers of the democratic revolution smoldering, for if you do not your country will regress into oligarchy once more. But you must keep it from raging out of control. Already, sparks have landed in Crimea, Odessa, and the Donbass that threaten to ignite new fires, fires that will either engulf the fires of freedom burning in Independence Square, or deny the fires of freedom the fuel it needs to spread and smolder. As you take your seat in Kiev you will need to consider not only the reforms necessary to fan the flames of freedom, but also how to quell the fires of ethnic tension, economic stagnation, and inequality which threaten the democratic revolution.
