Ad Hoc: A President in Crisis
The year is [XXXX] and President [REDACTED] is facing a mounting crisis. President [REDACTED] needs [nuh-uh] and [no way josé] in order to [something really cool probably goes here] and save the country! MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT FORGET TO [have fun. Sometimes we like to get really silly here at MSUMUN: A President in Crisis] and [I’d be really impressed if you figured out a way to read the redacted portion. Let us know if you saw this red herring, by incorporating] the [word ‘cantankerous’ at some point] in [your position paper. It has] to be [a natural integration, so we look forward to seeing what you come up with. This isn’t worth anything, more like] a [fun easter egg for us].
In this committee, delegates are tasked with the responsibility of assisting the President in his hour of need. This is an advanced crisis committee with ad hoc elements. This committee is designed to push delegates out of their comfort zones, think on their feet, and challenge them to reshape American history. The structure of this committee can only be described as a non-traditional crisis and more details about the mechanics of the committee will be released at a later date. Until then, enjoy this riddle:
In a chamber of power, a crisis to mend,
Leaders from [—], their hands they extend.
Their journey through [——] is far from the norm,
For they shift through the [——], transcending the storm.
[———] whispers and [———] call,
This cabinet's quest? To navigate all.
