This year the conference will be hosted at the MSU Union

• The address for the union is 49 Abbot Rd, East Lansing, MI, 48824

• On the 1st floor, there is a Sparty’s Convenience store, a Strange Matter Coffee Shop, an MSU merch store, and a lot of public seating.

Here are a few important notes about the move to the MSU Union!

1. All conference-sanctioned hotels are not connected to or next door to the union. This means that walking plans from your hotel to the union must be planned out ahead of time. Depending on the hotel with which your delegation stays, you may need to cross a major road (Intersection of Grand River Ave. & Abbott).

2. MSU Undergraduate students heavily use the first floor for studying and group work. Historically, students have been very friendly and accommodating, and most of the conference venue will take place on the upper floors, which experience much less foot traffic. That said, please be aware the conference will take place in a public space we share with students using the Union as a study and meeting space. Plan accordingly with your delegates!

3. All committee rooms are ADA-accessible. Please reach out to any staff member during conference weekend if additional accommodations or assistance is needed.
