International Press Corps: The Daily Gavel

Just in: Devious Debating from Dastardly Delegates! From Mars to Manchuria, jump into the bullpen with the world’s first transdimensional newspaper, the Daily Gavel. Delegates will take up the role of investigative reporters at the Daily Gavel, where they will report on the breaking news across time and space! Or more specifically, at MSUMUN XXV. 

In this unique press-corps committee, delegates can expect to find all the news to start their day in debate as they pitch their story ideas to the newsroom. Then, with help from their Editors-in-Chief, delegates will advance the power of facts by getting the scoop on the breaking developments in MSUMUN’s many committees, reporting back to the office to write all the news that's fit to print! Engage your investigative might by interviewing MSUMUN’s diverse cast of characters, and expect a heavy writing focus as delegates vie for the front page of this most prestigious newspaper. From there, watch as your stories are released for the whole conference to read! After all, your intrepid reporting is the only thing connecting New York City Hall to Siberia!
